1. The app

Most Likely to BOOM is a party game for entertainment purposes, published by Ecapp B.V. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Age and responsible play

The app is intended for players aged 17+. Some themes are marked 18+. Penalties in the game are fully customisable (points, push-ups, sips of anything you like); nothing in the app requires alcohol. If you choose to drink, drink responsibly and follow the legal drinking age in your country. Never drink and drive.

3. Premium subscriptions

Premium Yearly — €29.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial. Premium Weekly — €6.99 per week. Prices may vary by country and are always shown in the app before you buy.
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel anytime in your iPhone settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions); cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. An unused free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Use Restore purchase in the app to re-activate Premium on a new device.

4. Content

Questions, themes and dares may be added, changed or removed at any time. All app content is owned by Ecapp B.V. and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

5. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. Ecapp B.V. is not liable for anything that happens at your party — play safe, know your limits and look after each other. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
